What is a CVV Code?
Visa®, Mastercard®, and Discover® cardholders:
Turn your card over and look at the signature box. You should see either the entire 16-digit credit card number or just the last four digits followed by a special 3-digit code. This 3-digit code is your CVV number / Card Security Code.
American Express® cardholders:
Look for the 4-digit code printed on the front of your card just above and to the right of your main credit card number. This 4-digit code is your Card Identification Number (CID). The CID is the four-digit code printed just above the Account Number.
Free shipping is available on all orders over $200.
Currently, Howard Miller Online Store ships strictly to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii as well as international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) are unavailable through us.
We charge standard FedEx Ground shipping, with no additional handling fees. Most products ship within 2 business days and travel FedEx Ground, adding 2 to 5 business days depending upon destination.
Floor clocks and curios are shipped through the Home Direct Silver program and delivered directly to any room in your home. Allow 2 weeks for delivery.
We strongly recommend keeping the original shipping box(es). If you choose not to retain the original box(es), you will be responsible for obtaining a box(es) and packing material should any warranty or non-warranty issues arise.
If your order is damaged in shipping it is important that you keep the original box for freight claims. If you notice that the box is damaged or missing any parts, please contact our customer service department immediately.
Should you need to return an item, contact customer service for a return goods authorization (RGA) and shipping instructions. Items shipped back without the Return Goods Authorization will not be credited. Simply ship the item(s) back to us within 15 days of the invoice date and we'll exchange the item, or credit your account less a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for the shipping charges on all returns.
Howard Miller products come with a 2-year warranty on parts and workmanship. If an item is damaged out of the box, call us to arrange for a replacement, which we will send out at no cost to you. If your floor clock has been visibly damaged when it arrives, you should refuse shipment and call us to arrange for a replacement.
Howard Miller warrants to the original consumer/purchaser or recipient that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two years from date of purchase. Howard Miller's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing the product with new or renewed components or, at its option, replacing it with a new or renewed product. This warranty does not include damage to product or components resulting from abuse, accident, alteration, climatic/ environmental conditions, damage beyond normal use, freight damage, mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized repair.
HOWARD MILLER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLED WARRANTY. IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE IN EFFECT FOR THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE AND THEREAFTER, THERE SHALL BE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE), ON THIS PRODUCT.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or the limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
