Stock Availability
How do I know if an item is in stock?
The Online Clock Store is not connected to the Howard Miller inventory system in real time, as such we recommend you confirm the availability of your item(s) by calling the toll-free automated service at 1-877-462-3228.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Currently, Howard Miller Online ships strictly to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, international destinations and U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) are unavailable through us.
Shipping Timeline
Products ship within 3 business days and travel FedEx Ground, adding 2 to 5 business days depending upon destination. Floor clocks are shipped through the Home Direct Silver program and delivered directly to any room in your home. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of floor clocks and collector cabinets. When you floor clock or curio arrives in your region you will be contacted by Home Direct to schedule a delivery date and time.
Is there a carrier tracking number available?
Yes. Once the item has shipped the Online History of your order will contain the carrier and available tracking number. Floor clocks and curios are shipped via a specialty carrier named Home Direct. This carrier currently does not have a web-based tracking system in place. .

The Online Store is a factory direct retailer and is not positioned to estimate the current value of your clock.

Do you sell parts?
At this time the Online Store is not offering the online purchase of parts. To order parts locate your local Howard Miller Service Center or call 1-616-772-7277.
